Third National Lockdown Information:

We are open and are able to remain open.

Healthcare has been excluded from Lockdown restrictions.

Our key safety measures will remain in place, they have allowed us to practice safely for the last 6 months. However, we have reviewed our infection control measures and listened to your feedback. As a result, we have altered our procedures very slightly. Below are our improved, tightened and clarified rules.

  1. Arrive as close to your actual appointment time as possible to ensure that you do not meet anyone on the way in or the way out. To be precise please enter the building at your exact appointment time. This allows the patient before you time to leave the building without a crossover and allows us time to clean the clinic and waiting room in preparation for your appointment.
  2. The cloakroom is now closed to patients, instead we will provide hand gel on your arrival. Patients fed back to us that they were unhappy to touch the taps in the cloakroom and we are unable to guarantee the same high standards of cleanliness in the toilets (we share these with other people in the building) as we are in the clinic and waiting room. Obviously this rule is flexible in the case of an emergency!
  3. You must wear a mask.
  4. With your permission, we will take your temperature on arrival. A non-contact device will be used. We will be taking our own temperatures at the start of every day too.
  5. We will be following Government Guidelines in the PPE that we wear, expect to see us in gloves, an apron, face mask and, when necessary, a face shield. There will be a perspex screen between us during treatment and one in place in reception.
  6. All hard surfaces will be wiped down between patients.
  7. Please pay by card if you can.
  8. Anyone with symptoms of the virus, no matter how mild, should stay at home and self-isolate.
  9. Please do not attend if you have had contact with a covid patient or travelled abroad in the last 14 days.

With these procedures in place, we are confident that we can continue to provide yourselves and ourselves with a safe environment and treatment experience.

We look forward to seeing you soon and as always thank you for your support.

Kind Regards

Alex and the team.
